Welcome to Debt to Legacy LLC (“Debt to Legacy,” “DTL,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, applications, and services, including the DTL Navigation Tools Suite (IncomeLift, SteadyVest, BillWatch, DIY Debt Defence, Felix Pay, ExpenseWatch, and FinanceWatch) (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
• By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Purpose of Services

Debt to Legacy provides financial education, digital navigation tools, and resources to help individuals:

3. User Accounts

• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Be solely responsible for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend, limit, or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or misuse our Services.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services for:

• Any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Uploading false, misleading, or harmful information
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or redistribute our tools without authorization

5. Payments and Transactions

Some Services (such as Felix Pay or premium features) may involve payments. By using payment-enabled features, you agree to:

• Provide valid, current, and authorized payment information
• Be responsible for all transactions under your account
• Understand that payments are processed by trusted third-party providers such as Stripe, Square, Check.io, and banks, each with their own terms and privacy policies

⚠️ DTL does not store or control your payment details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, text, images, designs, and features associated with Debt to Legacy are owned by Debt to Legacy LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized use may result in termination and legal action.

7. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We make no guarantees that:

• You will achieve specific financial results
• Our tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Any financial insights are suitable for your unique circumstances

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Debt to Legacy LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
• Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Services during the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Debt to Legacy LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights or laws

10. Development and Product Testing Notice

The DTL Navigation Tools Suite is functional but under active product development and testing. By using our Services, you acknowledge that:

• Features may be upgraded, changed, or temporarily unavailable
• Performance may vary across devices and browsers
• You are responsible for backing up or exporting your data regularly
• Early users are helping test the tools in real-world scenarios

We welcome feedback and encourage users to contact us for training and support at any time.

11. Third-Party Services

While DTL builds and owns its tools, our Services rely on trusted third-party providers, including but not limited to:

• Replit (application hosting and runtime)
• Google Cloud Services (storage, APIs, authentication)
• Stripe, Square, Check.io, Streamlit (payment processing and integrations)
• Setmore (appointment booking and scheduling)

We do not control these services and cannot guarantee their continuous availability.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or engaged in unlawful activity.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Wyoming.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
